#8 Following your vision, podcasting, and just do it mentality SAMO ŠALAMON | Sound Mind Podcast
On this episode, my guest is Samo Šalamon. A Slovenian guitarist and composer, playing with musicians from all around the world. I see him as an embodiment of ‘just do it’ mentality. Every time I talk to him, he gives me so much inspiration to do the things that I love. What I admire the most at him is his ability to focus on things that are important and to continuously produce great content that he stands behind. He recorded around forty (40) music albums and his podcast called ‘dr. Jazz Talks’ is now counting already 403 episodes! Plus, he is a full time dad and runs his own music school and has a PhD in Translation and American Literature. We have talked about scheduling, composing, podcasting the ‘just do it’ mentality, following your vision and he also shared an incredible story which I call ‘The John Scofield Story’. As per usual there will be as well a good portion of personal insights and interesting stories.
