In this episode, my guest is Woytek Justyna, a wonderful musician, guitarist, and educator. Currently most active in his band, Woytek Justyna Treeoh!. Boy, have I enjoyed talking to my guitar brother, with whom I share so many similarities. We covered some topics that I absolutely love, including cold exposure, journaling and a calling to do music. He shared his interesting moments from the past living in Poland, and he even opened up about some of the struggles he faced during his creative path. We also covered topics shared by some of the people we enjoy, such as Prince, Andrew Huberman, Jordan Peterson, David Goggins and even Louis C.K., to name a few.
